Preview: Leicester City vs Hull City

The Foxes are at home to Hull City in this relegation battle contest. Both clubs are at the bottom half of the table and both will be vying for maximum points at the King Power Stadium.

Leicester City are not doing well; winning only one out of the last seven games, they are on a six game winless streak losing five out of those six games, keeping zero clean sheets and conceding nearly a bagillion (o.k conceding twelve). Weak displays has them sitting at the bottom of the table, seven points from safety. The only positive here is that it gives them the chance to show their only strength in the way the carry the rest of the table...

Hull City on the other hand sit 15th on the table, 2 points between them and joining those teams at the bottom. Their main problem is inconsistency: in their last five games, they have won two, drawn two and lost won. Prior to these, they lost four games in a row, scoring zero, which is of no use to Steve Bruce's boys if they want to avoid those 40 odd league fixtures next season.

Leicester City with be boosted by the return of Kasper Schmeichel to training, however Mark Schwarzer will remain in the sticks for the Foxes, meaning they have no other injury issues. Meanwhile a host of Tigers will be sitting this one out: Robert Snodgrass, Liam Rosenoir, James Chester, Robbie Brady and Mohamed Diame.

Well, as Hull City has failed to score in seven of their last ten away games and as leicester City has only scored three goals in their last eight Premier League games, its understandable that most may change the channel when they see this one. However, as the situation is do or die here, this game may hold a bit of a surprise for us. I think there might be an away win here and will be keenly watching!
