Highlights: AS Roma vs Fiorentina

Fiorentina progress through to the quarter finals of the Europa League in this all Italian contest as Roma are beaten in front of their own fans to bow out of two European club competitions in one season.

Fiorentina win by three goals to nil as Gonzalo Rodriguez opened the scoring in a twice taken penalty early in the first half, which was followed by a howler by Roma keeper Ćukasz Skorupski which led to a Marcos Alonso goal. Roma's shambolic defensive display was then topped off by a Basanta goal, all of which happened even before half of the first period had gone past

Fiorentina controlled the rest of the game with little opposition from the host and went on to record a strong win against Roma.
Stadium: Stadio Olimpico
Scores: 0-3 (Aggr 1-4)
Fiorentina: Gonzalo Rodriguez 8', Marcos Alonso 18', Basanta 21
