Champions League: Madrid with one hand in the Quarter Finals

The second leg of the Champions League has returned and it has shown up at Bernabeu's door. Real Madrid will be looking to use this game to show some form of solidarity and recovery, considering the past few week's calamity: Real Madrid has only garnered one point in the past few weeks, showing loss in form and ultimately losing out on top spot to bitter rivals, Barcelona. Ancelotti will be fuming, but he must only look towards this game as a means of recollection and advancement; a win here will give Madrid a much needed morale boost that will be necessary to march on so that they may continue to battle for titles at all fronts.

Schalke, on the other hand, have it all to do here. They lost the first fixture at home and have to go to the Bernabeu to overturn their disadvantage. With key players like Julian Draxler and Jefferson Farfan out through injury and Kevin Prince Boateng out through suspension, this looks to be a game where Schalke will just be going through the motions.

All eyes are on Madrid to come away to Qualify for the Quarter Finals. however, this is the Champions League. Anything could happen

Trivia: Madrid have won their last 7 games, been seen to be winning in both halves of each half, haven't lost to Schalke in 3 outings and have won by more than 2 goals in two
